Refund & Cancellation Policy

We Travel With Love is an editorial travel information website operated by We Travel With Love LLC. We publish letters and guides. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform.

We do not sell tours, flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance or travel packages, and we do not take payments for bookings. As a result, there are no bookings with us to cancel and no booking payments for us to refund.

Reading the website and subscribing to the newsletter are free. No payment is requested for either.

We do not currently offer any paid digital products or services. If we introduce one in future, its specific price, refund and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before purchase and this policy will be updated.

Our letters link to independent organisations such as tourism boards, transport operators, museums and parks. The homepage also reserves space for a flight search tool from an independent provider, which is not yet connected. Any booking you make with a third party is a contract between you and that provider. Their own terms decide refunds, changes and cancellations, and we cannot process or guarantee them.
